What to Wear: Anything that makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. Prepare for a relaxing and peaceful experience by bringing your own pillow, blanket, eye mask (optional), and bolster for under your knees (optional).
What to Expect: Treat yourself to a 60-minute sound bath meditation, designed to bring deep relaxation and harmony. This serene session includes time for intention setting with an oracle card pull and 30 minutes afterwards for reflection, shopping for candles in the bouquet, and connection.
