Welcome to our Fragrance Discovery Service! Our service is designed to help you discover and create your perfect scent. Here's how it works:

  1. Once your payment is complete, you'll begin your Aromatherapy Adventure. You'll receive a Fragrance Discovery Questionnaire to your email: To start the process, we'll send you a questionnaire to fill out. This helps us understand your preferences, likes, and dislikes when it comes to fragrance.
  2. Send a mood-board: Along with the questionnaire, we'll ask you to send us a mood-board that reflects the feel, vision, and vibe of your fragrance.
  3. Guided Fragrance Discovery and Formulation: Based on your questionnaire and mood-board, we'll curate 15  fragrances for you to try in our Fragrance Discovery Kit. You'll choose either a virtual or in-person guided consultation where you'll sample each fragrance.
  4. Choose 2 fragrances: After trying out the 15 fragrances and their various combinations, you'll finalize your potential fragrance formulations.
  5. Samples: Receive up to 4 sample candles in your potential blends. Additional samples are $10 each. 
  6. On average, this is a 4-6 week process: Soy wax requires 2 weeks to cure and perform at optimal hot throw. In other words, it takes 2 weeks for the fragrance and wax to fully bond and create the strongest aromatic experience.
  7. Domestic and International shipping is included. 
  8. Receive 1/2 Gallon of your blend in a container ready to make in candles or order candles wholesale with Virtue Alchemy Candle Co in you choice of vessel from our selection. 
  9. Wholesale Ordering: The final personalization step is picking out your choice of vessel from the options we provide. We offer various colors that compliment any branding, decor, and customer base. Please note that lids, labels,  and packaging for the vessels cost extra. Your wholesale order is separate from the Fragrance Formulation package. Minimum for custom Wholesale orders is 48 candles. Fragrances can be mixed & matched in quantities of 12. Shipping is not included.
