As you arrive, you'll be greeted with a warm, essential oil-infused towel, inviting you to let go of the stresses of the day and settle into a state of deep relaxation. Once you've settled in, Anna will guide you through a soulful meditation designed to calm your mind and release any tension from your day.
Following the meditation, you'll experience a sound bath, where Anna will use various instruments to create gentle vibrations that wash over you, further deepening your relaxation.
As a parting gift, you'll receive a hand-poured candle to take home, reminding you to continue to prioritize self-care and mindfulness in your daily life. Additionally, you'll receive custom created journaling prompts to help you reflect on your experience and deepen your personal practice ($45+ value).
