Price includes:
•6 hand picked fragrances curated for the event, individually prepared sample blotter strips for each guest, individually pre-measured diffuser jars with lids, 8 reed diffuser sticks per guest, labels with Loyola & VACC for affirmations, custom meditation and journal prompts, instructions to make diffusers, time to share reflections within group
•Partners will work together to create a fragrance for their affirmation diffuser combining up to 2 fragrances
•Following the diffuser making will be a 60 minute sound bath session which starts with a short guided meditation with breath work and body scan and 5-10 minutes of group reflection at the end to share any thoughts about their experience
•I will provide all materials for the diffusers. Guests are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats, blankets, pillows, eye masks and whatever will make them feel comfy for the sound bath portion.
•All sales are final. If some guests don’t arrive, you can make extra diffusers.
•The event will begin at 6pm and end at 8pm. Please ask all guests to arrive 5-10 minutes early otherwise they may miss out on some activities or instructions.
